Job Description:
We are seeking a responsible and proactive Office Boy who will manage day-to-day support activities for both our office and factory operations. The candidate will ensure smooth coordination between office and factory, handle basic procurement, and assist with logistics and sample deliveries to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support daily communication between the office and the factory team.

• Manage and maintain stock of office supplies such as paper, pencils, tea, coffee, cleaning materials, etc.

• Purchase and replenish office materials and consumables as required.

• Pack and dispatch product samples to clients; ensure timely delivery and maintain proper records.

• Visit client sites for sample deliveries, material pick-ups, or other office-related errands.

• Assist in fulfilling day-to-day requirements of both office and factory (such as documents, small material handling, or assisting staff as needed).

• Ensure cleanliness and basic maintenance of the office premises.

• Support administrative staff with photocopying, filing, and other minor tasks.

• Perform any other duties assigned to ensure smooth functioning of office and factory operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10th pass or equivalent.

• Basic knowledge of handling office equipment.

• Should be able to ride a two-wheeler (with valid license) for outside work (preferred).

• Trustworthy, punctual, and well-organized.

• Good communication and basic understanding of Hindi/Bengali/English (as required).

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work.
