Clean and maintain the office premises, including workstations, meeting rooms, and pantry.
Serve refreshments (tea/coffee/water) to staff and visitors.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents as requested.
Run errands such as banking, purchasing office supplies, or other administrative needs.
Monitor and replenish pantry and office supplies.
