Maintain overall cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises including workstations, washrooms, pantry, and common areas.
Sweep, mop, dust, and ensure all areas are neat and presentable at all times.
Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors courteously.
Assist in handling couriers, photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
Ensure pantry and cleaning supplies are stocked and refilled as needed.
Handle waste disposal and maintain proper sanitization.
Open and close office daily — ensuring all lights, ACs, and systems are appropriately managed.
Assist in setting up meeting rooms and keeping them organized before and after meetings.
Support the admin/HR team in day-to-day operational and maintenance tasks.
Perform any other related duties as assigned to ensure smooth office functioning.
