Position Summary:
An Office Boy is responsible for providing basic administrative and support services to ensure smooth office operations. The role involves assisting staff, maintaining cleanliness, and handling small errands within the office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.

• Maintain the cleanliness of the office, including desks, meeting rooms, and common areas.

• Handle photocopying, scanning, and filing of documents when required.

• Assist with receiving, sorting, and delivering mail and couriers.

• Run small errands within or outside the office (e.g., banking, post office, stationery purchase).

• Support office staff in routine administrative tasks.

• Ensure that office supplies (stationery, pantry items, etc.) are stocked and replenished.

• Assist visitors and guide them to the appropriate person/department.

• Follow company rules, policies, and maintain confidentiality.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of office routines.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Punctual, reliable, and disciplined.

• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks on time.

• Minimum education: 10th / 12th pass (depending on company requirement).

Work Conditions:

• Full-time, on-site role.
