Key Responsibilities
• 🧼 Housekeeping & Maintenance
o Clean and sanitize office areas including workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and restrooms.
o Ensure dusting, mopping, and waste disposal are done regularly.
• ☕ Pantry & Refreshments
o Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and guests.
o Maintain pantry supplies and cleanliness.
• 📦 Document & Parcel Handling
o Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and office supplies within and outside the premises.
o Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents as needed.
• 🧑💼 Staff Support
o Help with setting up meeting rooms and arranging chairs, projectors, etc.
o Run errands as instructed by administrative or managerial staff.
