Office Maintenance & Cleanliness
Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the office premises (workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, restrooms, etc.)
Dust and clean furniture, fixtures, and equipment regularly.
Monitor and refill cleaning supplies as needed.
Serving and Hospitality
Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.
Maintain cleanliness in the pantry and manage pantry supplies.
Assist in setting up meeting rooms and serving refreshments during meetings.
Document Handling & Filing
Deliver and collect documents within the office or to nearby locations.
Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing of documents as required.
Handle inward and outward courier and mail distribution.
Office Errands
Perform general office errands such as going to the bank, post office, or other external locations for official tasks.
Purchase office-related items or supplies from local markets when required.
Support to Staff
Assist various departments with minor tasks such as shifting items, arranging files, etc.
Support HR/Admin team in managing visitors or any logistics during office events.
Asset & Inventory Assistance
Keep a basic check on office assets like lights, ACs, projectors, etc.
Assist in tracking and managing stock of office and pantry supplies.
Courier & Dispatch
Handle pickup and delivery of important packages and documents from vendors, clients, etc.
Maintain a logbook for all courier dispatch and receipts.
Opening & Closing of Office
Ensure timely opening of the office in the morning and proper locking and closing of the premises at the end of the day (if assigned this responsibility).
General Etiquette & Professionalism
Maintain a neat appearance and behave in a courteous and respectful manner with staff and guests.
Follow all office policies and maintain confidentiality of office matters
