Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the office (pantry, washroom, work area, etc.)
Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.
Assist in filing, photocopying, scanning, and document delivery within the office.
Handle outdoor tasks such as bank deposits, courier handling, and purchasing office supplies.
Manage pantry stock and ensure necessary items are always available.
Support the admin and HR department in daily operational activities.
Ensure meeting rooms are clean and ready before meetings.
Assist in arranging office events or functions when required.
Minimum Qualification: 10th pass or equivalent.
Prior experience in a similar role preferred.
Polite, punctual, and trustworthy.
Basic knowledge of handling office equipment (printer, photocopy, etc.)
