Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises, including workstations, pantry, and meeting rooms.

• Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and guests as required.

• Handle external tasks such as going to the bank, courier services, or collecting office supplies.

• Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.

• Support staff in shifting materials, files, and small office equipment.

• Ensure pantry supplies are stocked and report shortages promptly.

• Dispose of waste properly and keep the office environment tidy.

• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10th pass or equivalent.
