he Office Boy/Peon will be responsible for providing basic administrative support, ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations, and assisting with delivery and errands. The role requires the candidate to have their own vehicle for official tasks outside the office.
Handle routine office duties such as serving tea/coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises, including workstations, pantry, and meeting rooms.
Assist in handling office files, photocopying, scanning, and document distribution.
Collect and deliver documents, cheques, parcels, or other items to and from clients, vendors, or government offices as instructed.
Deposit/collect cash, bank documents, or other official paperwork when required.
Assist in setting up meeting rooms and ensuring all necessary arrangements are in place.
Support office staff with errands and small tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
Monitor and restock pantry and office supplies.
Handle basic maintenance tasks or coordinate with vendors for repairs.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (preferred).
Possess a valid driving license and own two-wheeler/four-wheeler.
Basic communication skills in [local language] and Hindi/English.
Good knowledge of local routes and locations.
Physically fit, punctual, and trustworthy.
