· You will be tasked with maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the office premises. Your daily duties will include cleaning office desks, chairs, and other furniture, and welcoming for staff and visitors.
· You will be responsible for managing pantry services, serving tea or coffee to staff and guests, and ensuring that pantry stocks are replenished as needed. Additionally, you will assist in setting up meeting rooms, arranging chairs, and preparing refreshments before and after meetings.
· Another important aspect of your role will include delivering and distributing mail/parcels as required within the office. You will also be required to assist all departments with photocopying, scanning, and filing documents as needed.
· You will help with running errands for the office, such as going to the bank or post office and any other tasks as assigned by Department Head. Being the point of contact for maintenance and repair issues within the office, you will report any observed damage and coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure timely repairs. Taking care of any ad hoc work that is assigned to you.
