Housekeeping & Cleanliness:
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises (desks, pantry, toilets, meeting rooms).
Ensure that all work areas are clean and organized throughout the day.
Pantry Services:
Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and guests.
Ensure pantry stock is maintained (milk, sugar, tea bags, etc.).
Keep the kitchen/pantry area clean and organized.
Administrative Support:
Assist in photocopying, scanning, filing, and organizing documents.
Deliver and collect documents from other departments or offices when required.
Support staff in basic office tasks as requested.
Errands & Outdoor Work:
Visit the post office, bank, or courier service as needed.
Purchase or collect office supplies and other essentials from the market.
Meeting & Guest Support:
Set up meeting rooms before and after meetings (arranging chairs, refreshments, etc.).
Greet and assist visitors in a polite and professional manner.
