Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of office premises (workstations, pantry, meeting rooms, washrooms, etc.)
Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors
Assist in handling office files, documents, and photocopying/scanning work
Deliver and collect documents within or outside the office as required
Manage pantry supplies and ensure availability of necessary items
Assist in setting up meeting rooms and arrangements for meetings/events
Support basic administrative and housekeeping activities
Handle courier dispatch and receipt of materials
Run official errands such as bank work, bill payments, etc.
Ensure proper disposal of waste and maintain cleanliness standards
