· Opening and closing the office on time.
· Distributing files, letters, and documents within the office.
· Assisting staff in photocopying, printing, scanning, and filing documents.
· Serving tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.
· Managing the cleanliness of the office premises, including desks, meeting rooms, and pantry.
· Monitoring and replenishing office supplies (stationery, drinking water, etc.).
· Running errands such as delivering documents to other departments or nearby offices.
· Helping with minor office maintenance or repair work when required.
· Assisting during meetings and events by arranging chairs, refreshments, etc.
· Performing any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
