Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office, including reception, meeting rooms, workstations, and pantry.
Handle dusting, sweeping, mopping, waste disposal, and general housekeeping.
Assist in opening and closing the office daily, ensuring all lights, equipment, and doors are managed properly.
Keep track of pantry and office supplies and inform the supervisor when stock is low.
Help with basic clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
Handle the movement of documents and packages within the office or to external stakeholders when required.
Support staff during meetings by arranging water, refreshments, and ensuring cleanliness before and after meetings.
Ensure the pantry and common areas are always organized and well-maintained.
Assist with other office management tasks as assigned.
