Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Office Boy to support daily office operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining office cleanliness, serving visitors, and helping with basic administrative tasks. The role requires someone who is punctual, polite, and able to manage routine duties efficiently.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Maintain overall cleanliness of the office including workstations, meeting rooms, reception area, and pantry.

• Perform daily sweeping, mopping, dusting, and proper waste disposal.

• Clean and restock washrooms regularly and ensure high hygiene standards are maintained.

• Welcome and assist visitors politely and guide them as required.

• Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to guests and employees.

• Prepare meeting rooms before and after meetings and ensure they are organized.

• Monitor and replenish pantry items such as tea, coffee, milk, sugar, and drinking water.

• Keep the pantry and kitchen area clean and well-maintained.

• Refill and arrange office supplies such as stationery, cleaning materials, and water bottles.

• Distribute packages, and documents to staff.

• Run small errands inside or outside the office when required.

• Provide general support to the administrative team and follow supervisor instructions.

• Maintain punctuality, discipline, hygiene, and a professional attitude at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum education: 5-6th pass

• Previous experience as an Office Boy or in a similar role is an advantage.

• Polite behavior, ability to follow instructions and work independently.

• Honest, reliable, and well-disciplined.
