1. Office Timing 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

2. Visitor management - Ensuring no one get beyond reception & conf room

3. Perform daily dusting and cleaning of all office areas, including common areas and meeting rooms.

4. Daily disposal of garbage bags from all areas of the office.

5. Ensuring the washrooms are cleaned & sanitized twice a day or more as required.

6. Ensure all electrical appliances are switched off before locking the office at the end of the day.

7. Tea Coffee Management. Maintain the cleanliness of the pantry area.

8. Clean utensils and ensure the pantry is well-stocked with necessary supplies.

9. Prepare and serve tea or coffee to the director, employees, and guests.

10. Filling out documents and ensuring they are organized and accessible

11. Movement of Files to concerned persons as per their Requirement

12. Handle the delivery of documents to and from banks

13. Cleaning the Refrigerator on weekly basis.

14. Deep cleaning of interior & exterior of the office premises every Saturday:

• Cleaning windows and glass surfaces.

• Mopping and sweeping floors.

• Removing spider webs & debris

15. Other offices and Director’s residence as and when required.
