Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Office Boy / Peon to handle basic office duties to support our administrative and operational staff. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining office cleanliness, delivering documents, assisting with clerical work, and ensuring the smooth functioning of daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve tea/coffee and refreshments to staff and visitors.

• Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the office, pantry, and common areas.

• Collect and deliver documents, files, and packages within and outside the office.

• Assist in photocopying, printing, filing, and organizing documents.

• Handle minor errands such as going to the bank, post office, or other official locations.

• Refill office supplies (stationery, toiletries, etc.) and maintain stock records.

• Assist with setting up meeting rooms and equipment as needed.

• Open and close the office as per schedule (if required).

• Support other staff members with day-to-day administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10th pass or equivalent.

• Prior experience as an office boy/peon is preferred but not mandatory.

• Basic understanding of office equipment and procedures.

• Good personal hygiene and grooming.

• Honest, punctual, and trustworthy.

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

• Polite, respectful, and professional attitude.
