Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office, including workstations, pantry, meeting rooms, and washrooms.
Handle indoor office errands such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and delivering documents.
Assist in setting up meeting rooms and preparing them for internal or client meetings.
Monitor and replenish pantry stock (tea, coffee, sugar, milk, etc.).
Dispatch documents/parcels via courier or deliver items as required.
Support office maintenance tasks like switching on/off lights, ACs, and ensuring tidiness.
Assist in loading/unloading office supplies and materials.
Ensure secure handling of confidential papers and materials.
Run external errands like bank work, bill payments, post office visits, etc. (if required).
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Admin or HR.
