Job Summary:

We are seeking a responsible and reliable Office Boy to support daily office operations. The role includes maintaining cleanliness, handling basic clerical tasks, and assisting staff as needed to ensure smooth office functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness of the office premises (workstations, pantry, restrooms, reception area).

• Serve beverages (tea/coffee/water) to staff and guests.

• Handle photocopying, scanning, and filing documents when required.

• Assist in opening and closing the office.

• Monitor and refill pantry supplies and office stationery.

• Support in running office errands such as delivering documents or picking up supplies.

• Ensure proper disposal of office waste and maintain hygiene standards.

• Coordinate with the admin team for any maintenance or repair work.

• Assist in setting up meeting rooms and arranging refreshments.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10th pass or equivalent education.

• Prior experience as an Office Boy or similar role is preferred.

• Basic understanding of office hygiene and etiquette.

• Polite, punctual, and well-mannered.

• Ability to multitask and work independently.

• Trustworthy and reliable.
