Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Office Boy to join our Royal Enfield team. The candidate will support day-to-day operations in the office, including cleanliness, serving refreshments, handling basic errands, and assisting office staff as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises (pantry, washrooms, workstations, reception, etc.)

• Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors

• Handle external office tasks such as depositing cheques, going to the post office or bank (as needed)

• Receive and distribute deliveries/packages

• Assist in moving office items or files as instructed

• Support staff with photocopying, scanning, or small admin tasks

• Maintain pantry stock and cleanliness

• Ensure office lights, ACs, and electricals are switched off when not in use

• Follow company protocols and maintain discipline

Requirements:

• Minimum education: 8th or 10th pass

• Prior experience as an office boy or helper preferred (but not mandatory)

• Good hygiene and grooming

• Trustworthy, punctual, and polite

• Willing to work with a positive attitude

Work Hours:

• Monday to Saturday
