Maintain cleanliness of the office premises, including desks, meeting rooms, washrooms, pantry, and reception area.
Ensure garbage disposal, dusting, sweeping, and mopping are done regularly.
Keep all office equipment (printers, coffee machines, etc.) in clean and working condition.
Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Handle internal document movement — photocopying, scanning, filing, and courier dispatch.
Assist in managing office supplies (stationery, cleaning materials, etc.) and restock as needed.
Deliver files, invoices, and cheques to clients, banks, or government offices when required.
Maintain pantry stock — tea, coffee, milk, sugar, water bottles, and snacks.
Ensure glasses, cups, and utensils are clean and organized.
Prepare and serve refreshments during meetings and visitor visits.
Deposit and collect cheques, documents, and parcels from banks, clients, and vendors.
Coordinate with courier services and handle deliveries.
Run errands as assigned by office management.
Assist the HR/admin team with small office tasks and event preparations.
Set up meeting rooms before discussions (water, stationery, projector, etc.).
Ensure lights, air conditioners, and systems are turned off after office hours.
Maintain punctuality and discipline.
Follow company hygiene and dress code.
Handle all office tasks with confidentiality and reliability.
