• Assist with photocopying, scanning, filing, and other minor clerical tasks.

• Monitor and refill office supplies (e.g., stationery, pantry items).

• Run errands, such as banking, mailing, or buying office necessities.

• Ensure proper disposal of office waste and maintain neatness.

• Assist in setting up meeting rooms before and after meetings.

• Support administrative staff as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
