स्टाफ नर्स

We are looking for a Staff Nurse to join our team at Sirina Healthcare Services Private Limited to provide quality healthcare services to patients. The day-to-day tasks involve monitoring patient conditions, administering treatments, and assisting doctors in medical procedures. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹25000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify patients’ care requirements and assess their health conditions.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Maintain patient’s records and reports.

• Educate patients and families on healthcare plans.

• Ensure hygiene, safety, and infection control standards.

• Prepare patients for examination and perform routine diagnosis checks like monitoring pulse, blood pressure, etc.

• Admission & setting up the room with all the required equipment's for patient conditions

• Daily patients interacting with assess their clinical needs

•   Attending Doctor rounds

  Ø  Registers maintain

  Ø  Case sheet follow up

  Ø  Daily follow-up for all medical equipment’s check in working conditions

  Ø  Maintaining crash cart

  Ø  Do all clinical work

  o   Vitals monitoring

  o   First Aid

  o   Mediation administration

  o   Bedsore management

  o   Critical care management

  o   Handling emergency situations, shifting hospital arrangements for ambulance as per needs and inform to their attenders, patient care coordinator

  o   Death care management coordination with attenders & patient care coordinator

  o   Monitoring & checking patients hygienic status along with care takers.

• Interaction and updation to all the attenders everyday

• To coordinate with Admin for Pharmacy indent & communicating to office

• Patient discharge / dead inform to Management. Any billing related issues inform to Accounts & Patient care coordinator

   

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 6+ years of experience. Problem-solving skills, the ability to multitask, compassionate and good communication skills are a must. Additional certification in relevant fields is a plus.
