We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Female Nurse to join our garment factory’s in-house health and wellness team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing first aid, basic medical treatment, health education, and supporting compliance with health and safety standards within the facility.
Provide first aid and emergency care to employees in case of workplace injuries, illness, or accidents.
Maintain health records of all employees, including regular health check-ups, vaccinations, and incident reports.
Assist in implementing occupational health and safety programs as per company policies and government regulations.
Monitor and report on hygiene conditions, drinking water quality, and sanitation within the premises.
Conduct health awareness sessions, including topics like personal hygiene, ergonomics, and nutrition.
Coordinate with the factory doctor or nearby hospital in case of serious illness or emergency referral.
Manage and maintain the medical room/clinic, ensuring cleanliness, proper inventory of medicines, and equipment functionality.
Support the HR/Admin team during health audits, inspections, or compliance checks.
Monitor female workers’ health concerns and maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive cases.
Provide support during recruitment medical check-ups, pregnancy-related queries, or maternity benefit processing.
Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license.
Minimum 1–2 years of nursing experience; experience in an industrial or factory setup is preferred.
Good understanding of basic occupational health protocols.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situations efficiently.
Willing to work in a factory/production environment.
Training in First Aid / Occupational Health.
Familiarity with labour laws and industrial health regulations.
Basic computer knowledge for maintaining digital records.
