Health Assessments & Screenings: Conduct routine checks (vision, hearing, BMI), monitor chronic conditions, and identify health concerns early.
First Aid & Emergency Care: Provide immediate care for injuries, illnesses, and medical emergencies on campus.
Medication Administration: Dispense prescribed medications and maintain accurate logs as per school and medical guidelines.
Health Education: Educate students and staff on hygiene, nutrition, mental health, and preventive care.
Record Keeping & Reporting: Maintain confidential health records, immunization data, and incident reports in compliance with regulations.
Disease Prevention & Control: Monitor communicable diseases, implement infection control measures, and liaise with public health authorities.
Counselling & Support: Offer emotional support and guidance to students dealing with health-related stress or personal issues.
Policy Implementation: Assist in developing and enforcing school health policies and emergency response protocols.
Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle emergencies calmly and efficiently
