Provide first aid and emergency medical assistance to guests and staff.
Maintain medical supplies and ensure the availability of essential medications.
Monitor the health status of guests with ongoing medical conditions.
Assist in coordinating with local hospitals or clinics for advanced medical care.
Keep accurate records of medical incidents and treatments provided.
Educate staff on hygiene practices and preventive health measures.
Support wellness initiatives and health awareness programs within the hotel.
Certified nursing degree or diploma from a recognized institution.
Valid nursing license or registration.
Prior experience in hospitality or emergency care settings preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional in emergency situations.
May require working in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Must be available on-call for medical emergencies.
Work environment includes guest rooms, staff areas, and medical stations.
Reports to the Hotel Manager or designated Health and Safety Officer
