Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the nursing team, ensuring optimal performance and efficient patient care.

• Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department, including staffing, scheduling, and resource management.

• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures in line with the hospital’s standards and regulatory requirements.

• Conduct regular staff training to ensure ongoing professional development and compliance with industry standards.

• Collaborate with medical and administrative teams to ensure smooth patient care delivery.

• Ensure that the nursing staff provides compassionate and effective care to patients.

• Monitor patient care quality, review clinical outcomes, and address any concerns or issues.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 10-15 years of experience in nursing, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or leadership role.

• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to handle stress and work under pressure. Knowledge of hospital protocols and healthcare regulations.
