Your day-to-day responsibilities will be:
Doctor & Hospital Engagement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, specialists, hospitals, and clinics to
generate referrals for homecare services
• Regular in-person visits to doctor clinics, hospitals, and discharge desks to build a referral pipeline
• Conduct sessions, awareness talks, and info-sharing activities with doctors to build brand recall
and trust
Lead Generation & Conversion
• Own and drive high-quality homecare leads from your region
• Educate doctors about Emoha’s homecare offerings and capabilities (nursing, ICU at
home, chronic care, elder companionship, etc.)
• Work closely with internal clinical teams to evaluate and convert qualified leads
Operations & P&L Ownership
• Take full accountability for the region’s business targets and profitability
• Work with care delivery teams to ensure smooth service execution and high customer satisfaction
• Monitor KPIs like lead-to-conversion %, revenue per lead, and service renewals
Reporting & Feedback
• Maintain daily visit and lead logs using CRM tools
• Share ground intelligence on market gaps, competitor moves, and opportunities
• Provide feedback to product, marketing, and ops teams to shape offerings better suited for your
region
Collaboration and Coordination:
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including Emoha’s central team, doctors, therapists,
etc.
• Ensure comprehensive and holistic care for clients.

Must-Haves:
• Educational background in Nursing or Allied Health Sciences – GNM/ B.Sc- Nursing preferred
• Minimum 2–5 years of BD or referral management experience in a healthcare setup (homecare,
hospitals, medical devices, etc.)
• Strong network of doctors, especially in geriatrics, internal medicine, orthopedics, and general
practitioners
• Comfortable with fieldwork and travel within the city
• Understanding of healthcare compliance, patient sensitivity, and clinical protocols
