Job Overview: The Clinic Manager will oversee the smooth functioning of daily operations including patient care coordination, staff support, digital presence, and administrative management This position is ideal for someone with prior experience in a clinic or service-based environment looking for long term growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Coordination Appointment Scheduling.
Team Supervision Staff Training (Team strength 4 assistants).
Marketing Support Social Media Handling.
Inventory Stock Management.
Patient Follow Ups Relationship Building.
General Administration Operations Oversight.
Training Participation Ability to Train New Staff.
Qualifications Skills:
Graduate in any stream (Science background preferred but not mandatory).
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Clinic/Healthcare Administration, Customer Service or Front Desk Operations.
Skills:
Fluent in English with strong communication skills professional etiquette.
Excellent organizing and multi-tasking abilities.
Proficient with MS Office basic digital tools, and social media platforms.
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Positive attitude with a patient centric approach.
Familiarity with clinic software and healthcare systems is a plus.
