· To operate as focal point for visitors, telephone calls & Emails.
· Managing AMS, Billing and coordinating with Customers.
· Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
· To coordinate with customers for doctor’s appointment and responding promptly to customer inquiries.
· To welcome customers and coordinate for Billing (Consultation/Investigation bills)
· Sample collections & Pharmacy distributions at the clinics through hospital pharmacy.
· Booking Diagnostic & consultation orders, renewals, complaints and requests.
· Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
· Communicating and coordinating with various stake holders as and when required to ensure customers’ requirements are full filled.
· Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
· Attend the work assigned by the doctor/reporting manager as and when required
