Job Summary:

Seven Solar Energy is looking for a hands-on, energetic, and technically sound Solar Site Engineer to support the execution of rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects in and around Morbi. The ideal candidate will have basic field experience and a strong willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to clean energy implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the Site installation, testing, and commissioning of solar PV systems.

• Supervise site work, coordinate with technicians, and ensure adherence to design and safety standards.

• Support project planning and day-to-day execution under the guidance of senior engineers.

• Conduct site surveys, including measurements, shadow analysis, and feasibility checks.

• Troubleshoot basic electrical/structural issues during installation.

• Prepare daily progress reports and share updates with project managers.

• Ensure proper handling and storage of materials on-site.

• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and the internal execution team.

Requirements:

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering.

• 6 months to 2 years of on-site experience in solar EPC or electrical installations.

• Basic knowledge of solar PV components, wiring, structures, and inverters.

• Ability to read basic layout drawings and understand system configuration.

• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to travel locally and be present on project sites daily.

• Experience with residential or industrial rooftop projects.
