Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Service Manager to lead and coordinate our service department's operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing a team of service professionals, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and maintaining operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the service department.

• Manage department budgets, costs, and resource planning.

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Service Manager or in a similar leadership role.

• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

• Proficiency in using service management software/tools (e.g., CRM, ERP).
