Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of elevators as per company standards.
Diagnose faults and carry out troubleshooting, repair, and adjustments.
Ensure elevators comply with safety norms and operational standards.
Respond to breakdown calls and complete service activity within the defined timeline.
Maintain service reports, checklists, and documentation accurately.
Coordinate with senior engineers, supervisors, and clients for smooth service operations.
Provide on-site support during installation, testing, and commissioning when required.
Ensure proper usage of tools, safety equipment, and follow company safety protocols.
Escalate critical issues to seniors for technical assistance.
Maintain good customer relationships and ensure high service quality.
Experience in elevator maintenance, installation, or service (6 months to 3 years).
Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, control systems, and mechanical components.
Ability to diagnose faults independently.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to travel for service calls.
Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency breakdowns.
Basic computer knowledge for report entry (preferred).
