Key Responsibilities
Equipment Installation & Configuration:
Install new equipment and systems according to company standards and customer requirements.
Maintenance & Servicing:
Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and calibration to ensure equipment functions optimally and to avoid breakdowns.
Troubleshooting & Repair:
Diagnose and resolve technical issues, both remotely and on-site, to minimize downtime and maintain equipment functionality.
Customer Support & Training:
Provide technical support, answer client queries, explain equipment operation, and train customers on safe usage and troubleshooting.
Documentation & Reporting:
Create and submit detailed reports on service activities, equipment status, and customer interactions.
Product Updates & Recommendations:
Stay informed about new product features, technological advancements, and industry trends to suggest potential upgrades or improvements to customers
