1. Emergency Breakdown Support
Be available to attend emergency breakdowns 24x7 as per operational requirements.
2. Service-Driven Revenue Generation
We are looking for a Service engineer to join our team at Dynapulse Engineering Private Limited to assemble, maintain and repair machinery and vehicles. In this role, you will make sure that machines, engines and mechanical systems work properly and run smoothly. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹20000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and assemble machines as per requirements.
Inspect and figure out issues in engines, machines and transmissions.
Perform repairs to ensure better and smooth performance.
Troubleshoot and fix reported mechanical problems.
Conduct regular maintenance and lubrication of machinery.
Refill fluids and replace worn-out components.
Guide users on proper maintenance and prevention measures.
Keep records of work done and report any issues.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 0 - 2 years of experience. The position requires excellent knowledge of machinery, electrical and other systems and their components. The candidate must be familiar with reading blueprints, using screwdrivers, hammers and measurement tools.
3. Service Call Targets
Minimum 2.5 service calls per day.
Minimum 65 productive service calls per month (2.5 × 26 working days).
Ensure assigned service load is completed on time.
4. Labour Revenue Goal
₹1,000 per call, totalling a monthly labour revenue of ₹65,000.
5. Spare Parts Sales Target
₹3,500 per call, leading to a monthly target of ₹2,27,500 in spare parts sales.
6. Customer Delight Index (CDI)
Maintain an overall CDI rating of at least 95%, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
7. Service Report (SR) Closure
Ensure 90% of SRs are closed within defined MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) standards.
8. Recovery & Collection
Maximize recovery of payments and collection of dues from clients.
9. Attendance & Leave
Maintain 90% attendance or above with minimal unapproved leaves.
10. Communication Protocol
Share post-call updates with the Service Coordinator immediately after each job.
11. SOP Compliance
Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to service operations, documentation, and safety.
12. Timely Service Execution
Complete all assigned service calls within the prescribed timelines, ensuring professionalism and promptness.
Mandatory Monthly & Quarterly Activities
Monthly Requirements
1 KOEL Bandhan must be completed every month.
1 Battery Sale must be carried out every month without fail.
Quarterly Requirements
1 Radiator Cleaning every quarter.
1 Diesel Tank Cleaning every quarter.
