Field Service Engineer:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Machine installations in the regions allocated by the firm
• Train end users in banks and financial institutions on the various machine related functionalities
• Manage SLA
• Resolve technical issues of the installed units
• Get the service requests closed in time
• Carrying out scheduled preventive maintenance
Manage MIS & service reports:
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• Education Level: Diploma in Engineering Freshers
• Qualifications: Up to 2 years’ experience in the industry
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
• Preferably from Banking Automation Background.(Currency Processing Machines)
• Ability to resolve technical issues
• Client Interfacing
• Self-motivated and responsible, with keen attention to detail
• Reasonable written and oral skills
