• Conduct site inspections and battery health diagnostics using specialized tools.

• Provide preventive and corrective maintenance for battery systems.

• Offer technical advice and troubleshooting support to customers on battery-related issues.

• Prepare detailed service reports and maintain accurate records of maintenance work.

Sales & Business Development:

• Promote and sell battery products, services, and maintenance contracts to new and existing clients.

• Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into sales.

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to customers.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and new battery technologies.
  
  Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in battery maintenance/service and/or technical sales.

  • Strong understanding of battery technologies and their applications.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
