Responsibilities:Service Advisor
Provide customers information regarding the outcome of their service and book appointments for remedial or further work to be completed.
Assist customers with understanding their warranty protection, inclusions, and exclusions.
Servicing cars
Make recommendations on fixing their vehicle vs. trading it in for a newer model.
Oversee the dealership's workflow and schedule, ensuring all appointments are scheduled accurately with the repair and maintenance department.
Phone customers to let them know when their vehicle is ready to collect.
Provide excellent customer service to maintain strong relationships and repeat business
