Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Boiler Operator to join our operations team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of boiler systems and proven experience in power plant operations, ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient functioning of boilers and auxiliary systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain boilers and related equipment in the power plant.

• Ensure efficient steam generation and maintain optimum operating parameters.

• Monitor boiler performance, temperature, and pressure levels to ensure safe operations.

• Conduct regular inspections, identify faults, and carry out troubleshooting.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of boiler systems.

• Maintain accurate records of boiler operations, maintenance schedules, and reports.

• Ensure compliance with statutory safety and environmental standards.

• Coordinate with maintenance and electrical teams to ensure continuous plant operation.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• In-depth knowledge of boiler operation, maintenance, and safety practices.

• Strong understanding of power plant systems and processes.

• Ability to handle pressure systems and troubleshoot operational issues.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Knowledge of control instrumentation related to boilers.

• Must hold a valid 2nd Class Boiler Certificate.
