Schedule and organize maintenance: Develop and implement maintenance schedules, including preventative maintenance, to maximize machine uptime and productivity.
Troubleshoot and repair: Oversee and assist with the repair and maintenance of machinery and equipment to resolve issues promptly.
Ensure safety and compliance: Enforce all safety policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and government standards, such as those from OSHA.
Manage records and inventory: Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and manage inventory of replacement parts and equipment.
Coordinate with other departments: Work with other departments, such as production, to minimize downtime and improve overall efficiency.
