Job Summary

We are looking for skilled and experienced Bus and Truck Mechanics to maintain, diagnose, and repair commercial heavy vehicles. The ideal candidate should be technically sound, hands-on, and safety-focused.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine service and preventive maintenance on trucks and buses.

Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, brake, steering, and electrical issues.

Inspect and replace faulty parts using appropriate tools and techniques.

Keep records of repairs, parts used, and maintenance performed.

Conduct road tests to ensure proper functioning.

Ensure compliance with safety and emission standards.

Collaborate with service managers and workshop team for efficient turnaround.

Required Skills & Qualifications

ITI/Diploma in Diesel Mechanic, Automobile Engineering or relevant field.

2–5 years of hands-on experience in commercial vehicle repairs.

Knowledge of BS-IV/BS-VI engine technology is a plus.

Ability to read manuals and use diagnostic tools.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Experience

Experience with Ashok Leyland, Tata, Eicher, BharatBenz, Volvo, or similar brands.

Familiar with hydraulic and air brake systems.

On-road service experience is an advantage.

Salary:
