Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Technical Retail Associate to join our Cars24 team. The role involves interacting with walk-in customers, conducting vehicle inspections, providing accurate technical evaluations, and assisting customers in completing the car-selling process. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in automobiles, good communication skills, and the ability to build trust with customers.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers at the retail branch.

• Conduct detailed inspections of vehicles, including mechanical, electrical, and body assessments.

• Identify accidental damage, replacement parts, and technical issues.

• Explain the car evaluation process to customers and resolve their queries.

• Collaborate with pricing and sales teams for fair deal closure.

• Maintain accurate records of vehicle evaluations and customer details.

• Achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Requirements

• ITI/Diploma/Bachelor’s in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering or related field.

• 1–5 years of experience in automobile inspection, retail sales, or customer service.

• Strong technical knowledge of cars and their components.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills (local language + Hindi/English).

• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Sheets for basic reporting.

• Valid Driving License (ability to drive both manual and automatic cars preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in automobile dealerships, workshops, or inspection agencies.

• Knowledge of car market trends and pricing.

• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
