Perform routine maintenance, periodic services, and major repairs on two-wheelers as per TVS guidelines.
Conduct diagnostic checks to identify mechanical and electrical issues.
Ensure correct use of tools, equipment, and service manuals.
Replace and repair parts such as engine components, brakes, suspension, electrical systems, etc.
Ensure vehicles are serviced within the defined turnaround time (TAT).
Ensure all repairs are completed with 100% quality to prevent repeat jobs.
Report any critical issues immediately to the supervisor.
Accurately fill job cards with service details, parts used, and time taken.
Record observations and recommendations for upselling value-added services.
Maintain cleanliness of bay area, tools, and equipment.
Explain technical issues and repairs performed (if required).
Support the service advisor with technical clarification.
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering fault-free vehicles.
Strong technical knowledge of 2 wheeler vehicles and diagnostic systems.
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults.
Understanding of service processes and quality control.
Basic knowledge of computer/job card systems (advantage).
Physical fitness to handle tools and perform workshop duties.
