We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Vice President – Sales to join our leadership team. This is a senior strategic role responsible for driving revenue growth, shaping sales strategies, and leading a high-performing sales organization across all market segments.

Experience: 15+ years
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals.
✔ Lead national & international sales efforts across corporate, MICE, leisure, and group segments.
✔ Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
✔ Mentor, inspire, and manage sales teams across properties.
✔ Collaborate with marketing, revenue, and operations teams for cohesive business strategies.
✔ Track KPIs and ensure consistent delivery of top-line performance.
🎓 Qualifications & Skills:
✅ 12–15 years of progressive hotel sales experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership.
✅ Strong expertise in hospitality sales, distribution channels & global markets.
✅ Proven success in driving sales for multi-property/regional hotel groups.
✅ Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
✅ MBA preferred, Bachelor’s degree required.
