Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to plan, implement, and manage our social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads. This role requires a strong understanding of digital trends, audience behavior, and content marketing best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.
Create, curate, and schedule high-quality, engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and TikTok.
Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion rates), analyze data, and prepare regular reports to optimize strategy.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to support campaigns and ensure consistent brand messaging.
Stay up-to-date with platform changes, emerging trends, and best practices to keep the brand competitive and relevant.
Run paid social media advertising campaigns and manage budgets to maximize ROI.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience (2+ years) in social media marketing or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of major social platforms, content tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe), and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
Excellent written and visual communication skills.
Creative thinker with a passion for social media trends and innovation.
