We’re looking for a Calling & Communication Executive who can handle all basic calling and texting activities for our day-to-day operations — including communication with creators, buyers, mediators, and partners.
This is a straightforward role — no complex strategy, just clear communication, consistency, and responsibility. Perfect for someone who’s organized, polite, and reliable on calls and WhatsApp.
Make outbound calls to creators, buyers, and mediators as per daily requirements.
Share campaign or product details over call/text and take regular follow-ups.
Maintain a simple call log / update sheet for each conversation.
Send and manage WhatsApp / SMS updates as instructed.
Coordinate with internal team for feedback and progress tracking.
Basic data entry / CRM update (if required).
Good spoken Hindi and basic English communication.
Clear, confident phone etiquette.
Ability to handle volume-based calling calmly and politely.
Basic smartphone or computer skills (Google Sheets / WhatsApp / Excel).
Reliable and consistent availability during working hours.
No advanced qualification needed — attitude and discipline matter more.
Budget: Minimum-level / entry-tier pay (as per daily or monthly structure).
