You’ll work closely with an experienced marketing team focused on rural financial outreach and contribute to building a responsible, community-driven brand presence. Your work will directly impact financial literacy and engagement in tier-2/3 towns across Maharashtra.
Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Maps).
Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (images, videos, reels, infographics, and stories).
Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitors to identify content opportunities.
Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth) and prepare weekly reports.
Support branding consistency and community engagement (responding to comments/messages).
Assist with online campaigns supporting branch activities and borrower awareness initiatives.
Managing and maintaining ratings and reviews across platforms
Hard Skills:
Basic graphic design (Canva, Adobe Express, etc.)
Video editing (CapCut, InShot, or similar)
Familiarity with social media platforms and tools (Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights)
MS Excel or Google Sheets for reporting
Understanding of social media KPIs
Soft Skills:
Creativity and storytelling ability
Clear written communication (Marathi/Hindi)
Willingness to learn and align with the rural/semi-urban audience
Education / Certifications / Experience:
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or related fields
Certifications in digital marketing (Google, Meta, or similar) preferred
0–1 year of hands-on experience managing or supporting social media campaigns
Portfolio of reels/posts/graphics (if available) will be a plus
