Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and performance-driven Social Media Marketing & Management Expert with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in a digital or social media marketing agency. The ideal candidate should be proficient in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, have a strong understanding of AI tools for social media, and demonstrate expertise in SEO-driven strategies. You will be responsible for managing and executing social media strategies, including client-facing social media services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute goal-oriented social media marketing strategies for both in-house and client brands

• Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and optimization across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)

• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify leads, create B2B content strategies, and support business development efforts

• Create and curate content (graphics, videos, reels, carousels, stories, captions) in collaboration with the design team

• Utilize AI-based tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva AI, Lumen5, etc.) to automate, enhance, and streamline social media activities

• Plan and run paid ad campaigns, including setup, targeting, budgeting, and reporting on ROI

• Analyze performance metrics, generate reports, and recommend optimizations based on audience insights and platform analytics

• Design and implement SEO strategies to increase visibility and engagement through content

• Engage with followers and manage community interactions through comments, messages, and social listening

• Handle social media requirements for client accounts with professionalism and creativity

• Stay current with the latest platform updates, industry trends, and digital marketing innovations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field

• 3–4 years of relevant experience in a social media or digital marketing agency

• Hands-on expertise with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and AI-driven social media tools

• Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, content planning, and analytics

• Experience in handling multiple client accounts and campaigns simultaneously

• Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, and Google Analytics

• Excellent creative, copywriting, and communication skills

• Highly organized with a strong eye for design, detail, and brand voice

• Self-starter with the ability to take ownership of projects and deliver results
