🎯 Role Overview:

As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing SEO strategies for clients across various industries. Your goal is to increase organic traffic, improve keyword rankings, and ensure high technical SEO health of websites.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap audits

• Optimize on-page elements: title tags, meta descriptions, header tags, image alt texts, URL structures

• Perform technical SEO audits and work with developers to resolve issues (site speed, crawl errors, indexability, etc.)

• Build and manage backlink acquisition strategies through outreach, guest posting, and partnerships

• Monitor, analyze, and report performance via Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.

• Collaborate with content, web, and performance teams to create SEO-driven content

• Stay updated with the latest algorithm updates, search trends, and SEO best practices

• Develop and manage local SEO strategies for location-based businesses

• Track KPIs like keyword rankings, bounce rate, domain authority, and conversions

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of hands-on SEO experience

• Strong understanding of Google algorithms, SEO tools, and website analytics

• Proficiency in tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Data Studio

• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles

• Experience working on WordPress, Shopify, or custom CMS platforms
