About the Role:

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and enthusiastic SMM and SEO Executive to join our team full-time at our New Delhi office. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy across all major platforms to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and boost online presence and The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of search engine algorithms, on-page and off-page SEO strategies, and the ability to implement best practices that drive organic traffic and improve SERP rankings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a results-driven social media strategy.

• Manage content creation, curation, scheduling, and publishing across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.).

• Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure brand consistency and engaging visuals.

• Monitor, track, and report on performance using analytics tools and suggest improvements.

• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, tools, and technologies.

• Run paid ad campaigns (if applicable) and optimize for best ROI.

• Plan and execute social media contests, collaborations, and influencer marketing strategies.

• Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to increase website visibility and organic traffic Perform thorough keyword research to guide content and overall SEO strategy

• Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for search engines

• Conduct on-page and off-page SEO audits and implement necessary improvements

• Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.

• Hands-on experience in content creation, social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite).

• Excellent copywriting, editing, and communication skills.

• Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics.

• Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.

• Knowledge of SEO, hashtag trends, and performance tracking tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role (1–3 years preferred)

• Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition

• In-depth knowledge of SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Experience in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.

• Familiarity with video editing or reel creation is a strong advantage.

Working Hours:

• Full-Time, 6 Days a Week (Monday–Saturday)

• In-office role; remote work is not available for this position.
